During my recent family trip to Guwahati, we stayed at a charming hotel located opposite Nehru Stadium at Ulubari. While the hotel didn't offer on-site food service, the staff were exceptionally accommodating. They organized delicious meals from local eateries and suggested some wonderful restaurants nearby. I remember trying a local fish curry that was simply delightful. The hotel has several family-friendly amenities, and we particularly enjoyed the spacious room that comfortably fit all of us. It was nice to have a lounge area where we played board games in the evening. We also took advantage of nearby attractions, which the staff were happy to guide us to. Though the hotel's food service could use improvement, being able to easily order from apps like Swiggy and Zomato ensured we didn't go hungry. The location was quite convenient too, allowing us to explore the city with ease. Our stay was pleasant. The warm behavior of the staff made up for a few shortcomings, and I recommend this hotel for families seeking a budget-friendly base to explore Guwahati while enjoying a relaxed atmosphere.
